1Tastes absolutely vile. Doesn’t give you any pre workout pump, don’t waste your money. The pre workout from my protein is so much better.Goes Well With:The bin

4Perfect pre workout. Some pre workouts are sickly and not very good to drink, but this goes down a treat. It also gives you full maximum potential when weight lifting I 100% recommend Goes Well With:Water/milk

Flavour is not the best.
4The flavour of a savoury item in something that should taste sweet is weird, but don’t let that put you off. This preworkout has absolutely smashed my muscular endurance through the roof with a great pump to boot. Recommend giving it a try if flavour isn’t too big of a selling point.

Good but could be better
3Lots of useless ingredients put into this preworkout which could be cut out and replaced with more studied better supplements, taste is genuinely horrific however workout is okay, pumps are non existent with this preworkout but good workouts, however this might just be the stim junky me speaking, but more caffeine (300-400mg) wouldve been ideal.

Calories?!
4Great product that tastes and blends well but where is the information on how many calories it has in it? Not helpful if you are on a calorie deficit!
