Gives a burst of energy until midday
4Seems to give an extra burst of energy until midday. Nice to be able to take tablets. Goes Well With:Not applicable, swallow quick as tastes like fish food.

T-perform
4I've been using T-perform for about 6-8 weeks or so. I bought this to coincide with getting back in the gym after several months out and suffering terribly with low energy & mood throughout the winter months. I'm 38 & have noticed winter taking a heavy toll on me over the past few years. I wasn't sure what to expect, but seemed to notice an uplift in mood, energy & mental clarity fairly quickly. This obviously coincided with restarting regular exercise & the sun coming out again, so I couldn't say it was the supps alone, but I'm pretty sure they had an impact. Presumably largely down to the Zinc, Magnesium & Vit D content, which I don't usually supplement. It wasn't until I got to about 4-6 weeks in that I really began to feel like these were building up for me, including feeling highly, err, 'energised' on a daily basis (!) I've never had my T-level checked, so I couldn't say for sure if taking this has boosted it. It's no silver bullet, hasn't turned me into any kind of raging gym-animal, but I recon I will keep taking them as part of my multi-vit stack. But the real test will be when the winter rolls around again...

Jury still out
2Have been taking for nearly 2 weeks, haven't noticed any changes yet but this has coincided with being quite unwell so haven't been able to train much.

Effective
4No noticeable immediate difference but after about 3/4 days of use quickly raised energy levels and *drive*. Fairly standard strange taste but doesn’t stay long.

5Been taking these for 2 weeks. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels, recovery and sleep had positive impact too. I feel stronger in the gym also
