Vanilla flavor
3I recently bought the vanilla falvor and I don’t know if it’s the new recipe because it was my first time trying this flavor. The mixabilaty is great but the smell is disgusting. When I went and tried it out there was no flavor, bland. So in the end when you eat with like oatmeal it’s ok, there is no flavor but it’s edible

Smells and tastes like play dough
1Smells like play dough and tastes horrid. Waste of money. Big fan of the pea protein and vegan blend but this is the worst powder I’ve tried by quite a bit Goes Well With:Other colours of play dough. Blue, red, green...

bring the old soy isolate back
2I've been using myprotein supplements for years now and recently made the switch to vegan proteins. I was initally really impressed by the vanilla soy isolate when I first bought it a few months ago and mixed it every morning into my porridge. However, when I repurchased it after running out really quick, I found that the formula seems to have completely changed. It has an awful smell upon mixing it, like soured yoghurt, and tastes so unpleasant now. Please bring the old formula back !!

Disgusting! What a waste.
1If you are reading reviews and thinking it can't be as bad as they say, it really is. I thought for how cheap it is I'll just put up with the taste, oh how I was wrong. It doesn't mix, comes out like thick batter with bits in. Why is it so thick?! The taste to begin with is ok, and then the aftertaste really hits home. Listen to the reviews, I wish I had. So much regret. Find a nice tasting shake, while I sit here, drinking my disgusting shake and contemplating my bad decisions. Goes Well With:I honestly can think that it would go well with anything.. Maybe if you neck a bottle of vodka first to take the edge of? Even then maybe not...

Prefer the original vegan protein
3I had tried the original vegan protein from myprotein and had no issues with it. Unfortunately, this protein makes me bloat quite badly so won't be ordering again. The taste was the same as the other strawberry protein, which I like but it is very sweet. I believe it mixes better than the original vegan protein blend. All in all it is good but just not for me.Goes Well With:Banana, blueberries and almond milk

Best vegan protein shake (but still not as nice as whey!)
4Having been a long term fan of My Protein whey powder (my favourite flavours were cookies & cream, salted caramel & fudge brownie for reference) I bought some vegan alternatives to try as part of a new lifestyle change. This (strawberries & cream flavour) was my favourite of the two vegan mixes I tried. I also bought MP's Vegan Blend in chocolate, but it was so bad that I couldn't drink it! DO NOT MIX THIS WITH WATER; it will taste vile (and insanely thick!) I followed another reviewer's advice and mixed with coconut milk (in a Nutribullet) and found it fine, though in all honesty, it is still not as nice as the whey protein mixed with milk. But, ethics... A plus though is that the protein content of this seems to be way higher than the the whey!Goes Well With:Coconut milk (do not even try it with water; it is vile and seems to get thicker and thicker!)

The change
1How disappointing, I used to love the flavour of the vainilla soy protein isolate, but something changed. I recently bought a big package with 2kg and I don’t know if I am going to be capable to consume it... I taste so different and in my personal opinion it is disgusting.

Iced Latte tastes like Liquorice not coffee
1Bad smell and also tastes nothing like coffee, I would say it is more like liquorice. Bit disappointing but mixes well and it will still do the job. Next time I will try the more ordinary salted caramel

4Not as sweet as other strawberry flavours which is quite nice for mornings but also limits flavour.
