Micellar casein
5Great tasting, I had the vanilla. Mixes easily with milk in the shaker. The following day after a 63 mile mountainous cycle ride had very little/few aches. Would recommend Goes Well With:Milk

Chocolate Flavour
4The chocolate flavour is absolutely horrible. I had to throw my newly purchased protein away...As for the texture it is very chalky. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to make protein fluff or pudding.

Favourite type of protein powder
5I got the vanilla flavoured casein, my package arrived so quickly I honestly didn't expect it to arrive so soon! I've bought unflavoured and chocopeanut whey in the past but I found casein far more versatile for cooking with. I've made casein fluff, beltsander brownies/blondies, pancakes. eaten it as a batter with water/milk, made lighter batters with more water to powder for a pancake syrup... Mixed it with cocoa powder. It's just the perfect sweetness and just works fab to add protein to recipes and being plain vanilla, so easy to alter the flavour as I want.Obviously for most it is used to supplement workouts but I just try to find low carb alternatives so I have no idea how good it is for those lifting etc. I can;t recommend this product enough! Goes Well With:Pancakes, frozen fruit, water, milk, everything. May there be vanilla casein everywhere, nommmm!

Natural strawberry
4Took some getting used to as I'd only used whey before, but after a few shakes I started to like it, can really feel the difference in how it works. Definitely would recommend! Goes Well With:Water Natural yogurt and milk

Evening Treat
5Chocolate flavour is pretty awesome. Stir it into low fat natural yoghurt or fromage frais for a protein-packed pudding! Only downside is it does seem to make me inordinately thirsty.Goes Well With:Yoghurt

Good product
5This is a great tasting casein powder, I've tried the chocolate and banana and they both taste good. The chocolate is great for someone with a sweet tooth and gives me a choc fix! Goes really well with porridge in the mornings tooGoes Well With:Oats

Awesome supplement as always from myprotein
5I recently bulk purchased all my protein and decided to add casein in to my protein supplement schedule in the evenings to aid recovery and fullness allowing me to train harder in the mornings (early session starting at 6-mostly fasted cardio) whilst being on a low carb diet! This product as others have said is a little chalky, however, I have developed the best way to consume it and that is through puddings!! I On to the best way to consume! This casein is incredibly thick so I blend it with a banana or 32g peanut butter (100%peanut natural) and 150ml or soya (or milk) place in the fridge over night for a lovely thick moose or freeze for 1.5-2h for thick Ice cream texture- this takes away all the chalky texture and makes me so happy I never have any sweet cravings anymore whilst still maximising gains and recovery! My protein, as always, your product cannot be faulted on taste, and quality!!Goes Well With:Milk, peanut butter banana

Great value protein
4Great slow digesting protein i have the vanilla flavor as can add with anything like oats or a whey protein post workout and on its own before bed. tastes fine has different texture to other proteins as its casein but mixes well cant go wrong for the price.Goes Well With:oats and other proteins or on its own with water before bed
