5It's a fabulous product but create too much foam after mixing. Strawberry flavour is my favourite.

Hard to mix
3The taste is just ok.I went for vanilla and it's not bad but not awesome either.Just ok. Effectiveness of this product is on top I guess.I drink it before bed and in the morning I'm waking up fresh and not starving.Before,when I did not use Casein I would wake up in about 6 h because i m hungry,with casein I just get a good sleep about 8-9 h so this is a big plus. Bad point is it's not possible to mix it well without shake being half foam,this is just terrible!!! Beware foam!Goes Well With:Water on cutting,semi skimmed milk on bulking Hate foam

4I like this product, it helps digest high levels of protein really well for me. The only thing I'd say, is to maybe address the slight acid like taste you get with the strawberry, I mean, it's alright but could taste nicer. I'd have it again no complaints, but that's just my thoughts.

Is so difficult to mix
1When I shake one scoop to 300ml water is impossible to drink that. Half liquid half foam. And the foam stay for more than 12h. How to drink foam

Can't drink foam
2I've purchase a bag of unflavoured casein, having already purchase a chocolate flavoured one before. I thought the chocolate one was good, easy to drink, but because I have a bag of unflavoured Whey and I like it, I've decided to get the casein as well, and benefit the better protein quantity. I have to say it's impossible to mix it without turning into foam. Even just pouring water on top of it creates foam, never seen anything like it. I've tried everything possible to mix it, but it automatically turns into foam. I don't want to drink foam every night, because it's not nice to drink, and also leaves me completely bloated. I have no issues with the flavour, but I consider this a waste of money, because it's so hard to take it. I can't believe I bought a 4kg bag. Contacted MyProtein about this, they say it's normal because batches can have some differences, and that the product is fine. Well, I won't gamble again with their products. I can't recommend this product, based in the fact that it's impossible to mix it into a liquid.

Very very chalky
1The powder is like chalk dust, if you get it on your hands or clothes again it's like chalk dust. Used a few other brands and have been really nice. I have always used vanilla flavour when I buy casein products, this is the worst for flavour and texture and chalkiness. I won't be getting it again.Goes Well With:Water or milk both same taste
