5I suffer with thyroid disease which makes me very sluggish and tired all the time. I pop one of these bad boys every morning with my other medication and they really do make a difference. I've ran out before and not taken them and I went back to feeling sluggish and tired all the time. Well worth it. I have quite a high caffeine tolerance so one isn't enough to make my heart race or any other side effects, but they do help reduce my tiredness.Goes Well With:Water

Lifesaver
5I began taking these when I never got to finish a coffee with my baby running wild! So now I get my caffeine kick... I take one 1st think in the morning and one before my lunch. Definately recommend

5These work great for me. I used to go with Pulse Gel but they only come in a pack of 12 so you’re buying them all the time! These work just as well and you get a decent amount per bottle so don’t have to worry about running out.Goes Well With:Anything

Caffeine
4Bought this product last week, used it a few times and it's great. I don't drink coffee as I don't like the taste and trying to stay away from fizzy drinks. This is a great alternative - gave me an energy boost without any side effects like headaches or stomach upset and effects lasted for a good few hours (my caffeine tolerance would be quite low). Would definitely recommend as good value for money.

Works great
5Ordered these randomly, got to say that works very well and I'm surprise. I'm used to drink coffee but it doesn't work on my anymore, I've started with half a pill and didn't feel much. Next day I tried the full pill, I got to say I was buzzing a bit too much but after that my body adapated quickly. It makes me go to the toilet though but beside that it gives you a good kick. I definitely don't recommend to take after 3pm if you hope to be in bed by 22h.Goes Well With:water

5Whilst there is nothing like the buzz from a decent pre-workout sometimes it is good to mix it up a bit. For the drive needed to get through a workout it can be easier to take one of these caffeine tablets rather than a pre-workout. It is also a cheaper option too. It is possible to get them to dissolve in a bottle of water, but taken orally 30 - 60 minutes before the workout is probably best. The 200mg of caffeine is equivalent to 2.5 cans of Red Bull (each can contains 80mg) or just over a can of Monster (185mg per 500ml can). Just remember not to over do it!Goes Well With:Water or Squash
