Feel Full
5Trying this sort of option for the first time , for weight loss. Tried all fad diets and they still made me feel empty. This is so easy to make and use ,tastes great (Vanilla) and I feel full after the shake. First week and list over 1kg. So we'll pleased,don't feel week or lethargic and my blood sugar has dropped .Will bee ordering more , thanks a game changer.Goes Well With:Water

Tasty and seeing results
5I have tried most flavours of the shakes and liking the strawberry and chocolate the best. They mix well but need a good shaking. I replaced breakfast and lunch with shakes and just have a normal dinner at night. So far I've only been doing them during the week and have the weekend off although trying to make better choices but still going out for a meals etc. I lost most during the first 2-3 weeks and now down to a steady 1-1.5lbs a week loss but I'm happy with that considering only doing it Monday to Friday. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent quality and taste
5I have been putting weight on for over a year due to an injury but in a month I have lost 7 1/2 kg and mostly off my belly and can actually see my feet again !!! I have been wanting to loose weight as I have a spinal injury and cannot recommend this drink enough as my son also lost a lot of weight. The vanilla is very nice and I have also just received a salted caramel one which is okay but not as nice as the previous one but it is all down to personal 👅 taste so go on try it if I have lost weight then hopefully you can as well but you just have one nice low calorie meal in the evening.Goes Well With:Balanced meal

5Love the vanilla flavour, salted caramel is a little sweet for me but still great. Keeps me full and still gives energy, perfect to fit into a busy day Goes Well With:Myprotein shaker

Strawberry meal replacement
5Easy to mix no lumps at all , great flavour ,pretty filling too which is good for me ,I'm using it breakfast and lunch and does the job Only down side is the bags are not really re sealable at all Goes Well With:Water, almond milk

Good alternative
5I work in a busy restaurant so my breaks can be non existent sometimes so I wanted something to replace a meal but won’t be high in calories but have protein in for my days off when I hit the gym. This really curbs my hunger I have one for breakfast and lunch with a main meal at dinner/tea time, the taste is amazing (salted caramel) it mixes so well and even with water tastes like milkshake. I only do one and abit scoop as stated in previous reviews 2 scoops is more than 51g. I have lost half a stone in 4 weeks with these shakes, going to the gym and drinking more water. Please don’t ever stop making this as it is fab and really does stop my hunger for my job!!

Nice but doesn't seem to mix
4Flavour is nice but sometimes it is difficult for it to mix with water
