Bit disappointing tbh the protein content vs the calories is extremely low and it tastes very bland by itself.  I would recommend mixing it with greek yogurt for extra protein and personally I also add a teaspoon of coco powder and a bit of honey for extra flavour which makes a nice breakfast. On its own however I wouldn’t recommend without needing added ingredients. :/
