Excellent product
5Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Helped me achieve 45kg dumbbell chest press. I would recommend taking it about 20 mins before exercise so it has time to kick in. However it did not taste very nice even though it was effective if I bought it again I would go for another flavour.Goes Well With:Water as it dilutes the strong sour flavour

5These really get you fired up for gym. Make my face tingle a bit but that goes quite quickly. Great for convenience and not having to mix up with water!

5Tastes as good as you can imagine, I had the tropical flavour which is easy enough to do in one go. Effectiveness is a bit lacking seems if you take it on an empty stomach you get a bit of a buzz but nothing much compared to the power Mix’s
