4Very good in terms of actual protein, my only problem is how clumpy it can be but a good shake will sort that outGoes Well With:Mango and passion fruit juice

5If it wasn’t for the fact i’d be bouncing off the walls 24/7, i’d drink the blue raspberry flavour instead of water. Buy it. Goes Well With:scoop of creatine

Great taste
4The cola flavour tastes amazing, I would drink it even with out doing a workout. I havent taken a full scoop yet so I can't talk on its effectiveness but the caffeine dosage seems average, mabye slightly less than other pre workouts but I'm used to using a scoop extra if need be Goes Well With:Water
