Great Pre
5Haven’t used anything else for years, the beta alanine does it job and get a great boost from the caffiene, tastes great (love the blue raspberry) and mixes no problem.

The flavour is unreal
5I didn’t quite expect it to be such good quality, taste and as efficient because I got it in the sale and it was my first purchase of the own brand, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The flavour is so good, I wish I could drink it all day! Goes Well With:Water

Great Product.
4First time using pre-workout and can definitely feel the difference from using it. I have more energy and endurance during my workouts. Easily mixable, taste is nice - I had Blue Raspberry. I did have to add more water as it was a bit tart.

Alpha Pre-workout is better.
3Its has chalky after taste unlike the Alpha pre-workout. Will stick to Alpha from now on, and caffein amount is halved in this one.

5Did exactly what it says on the tin. The workout I had when I drank this was so the best I ever had, really made me push myself to increasing my weights and reps. Made me a bit jumpy and erratic the first twice I drank it but I just had to figure out when to drink it. Also don’t drink it after 4pm if you want a decent nights sleep.
