Mind blowing
5After stumbling across this product and reading through the reviews I gave this a try and OMG. Having a super stressfull job which also causes tightness in my neck I had nothing to lose and i was so surprised. I find myself much more calm to the point where at points in my job i thought "i should be totalky stressed out" but i wasn't. I also see a change in how my weight distributes and seems to work on my mid. So far it has been 2 weeks and i am loving it. I mix it with my fibre shake in the morning and add flavdrops in the mixer so for me it works well re consistency.

Leaky gut and cortisol
5This product came reccommended from a nutrionalist.Up until then I hadnt known of it. I had overtrained and now suffered gut issues,from high /low cortisol spikes..This does work..It really helps.Goes Well With:Glutamine and electrolytes

Fantastic
5I recently purchased this product and can say it works wonders. I'm a builder and constant on the move with million of things going on all the time under pressure bla bla bla Use to the guide lines 3 times a day no more and I can say I'm a lot more chilled anxiety is pretty much none exsistant and feel like I've got a lot more energy Goes Well With:Always mix with protein or if your on the move out a little water Ina cup close your eyes and drink

Cortisol
5I suffer from high cortisol levels and found that 300mg..in morning..300mg after work 200mg before bed really helps my stress levels... Had a cortisol fasting test before taking this and one after 6 months the results were very pleasing Maybe it is a placebo effect who knows but will carry on using this .. Used to make my own capsules but not in just throw it in a shakeGoes Well With:A shake or make your own capsules get 300mg in the 00 ones

4I have read good reviews on this product - hence I made the purchase mainly for cortisol/stress levels after training. Im a little confused with the dosage - in the packet there is a tiny scoop and on the directions it indicates take 1 gram 3 times per day. I tried to weigh the dosage of one scoop on my weighing scales but the dosage of the scoop would not show weightage, I had to keep adding more powder until 1 gram appeared and that was quite a few scoops (the powder is extremely fine in texture)....so im not too sure - so I have stuck to one scoop 3 times per day! It mixes well and tastes of nothing really which is a plus - as for effectiveness I think it is early days as I have only been taking this for about a week. Pill form would be the way to go rather than powder - then at least I would be confident I am taking the correct dosage.Goes Well With:BCAA Drink Protein Shakes

Useful to reduce anxiety
4I suffer from chronic stress so took the following supplement to reduce my cortisol level. I would not recommend to mix it in anything as it taste like pony nuts and doesn't mix well without the help of a blender, put it in your mouth and wash it with water. Significant result could be seen after about 2weeks and my stress level reduced by about 50% without any environmental changes. I am experiencing no negative effects whatsoever. A very good product.

Phosphatidylserine - Reduction of cortisol levels.
4Bought this product primarily to help reduce my cortisol levels in a bid to get rid of some hard to shift lower belly fat. Recent body measurements taken would suggest that the powder seems to be ticking all the boxes. All measurements that would be effected by your cortisol levels (knee, calf, midax and umbilical) came down. Only been supplementing with Phosphatidylserine for two weeks but will continue to see what further results I get. The product also seems to have helped with my sleep. Great product which I will be purchasing again.Goes Well With:Water or BCAA's

Phosphatidyl Serine
4Trying Phosphatidyl Serine for help with weight loss but feeling a few other positive effects like improved sleep and lower stress levels. It currently comes as a loose power, would be easier to take if in table or pill form as 1.5g not always easy to weigh out accurately. I will be happy to make a repeat purchase of this supplement for continued results.Goes Well With:I add it to my morning protein shake.

Excellent stuff
5Great stuff, tastes very neutral, mild, so no idea why one person said tastes disgusting. Find intellectual capacity and memory very much improved with this. Fluoride damages brain tissue and stops natural production of phosphatidyl serine in human body, and this stuff is precursor of brain cell growth process and part of brain cell substance also, so this is a good antidote to damage caused by fluoride in toothpaste, food and water. Food sources of this just never have the effect this supplement does. Very good product, excellent price in comparison to competitors, and benefits seem to last for months even after I stop taking it for a while, but feel like I need to have some more now.
