As always with myprotein these are a qualitty product but for me I realised that the addition Omega 6 and 9 aren't of any benefit given the availability in vegetable/plant oils. My advise is just go with Super Omega 3 instead.Goes Well With:Anything

[~ 30 : 50 : 20] Ultimately very easy to swallow, they are a gel capsule so no taste unless you blend or chew them (I haven't tried this). Keep out of direct sunlight. Omega 6 and 9 are in abundance in virtually every diet so there is absolutely no need to add yet more as they are inflamatory! Omega 3 6 and 9 is more complete than regular omega 3 fish oils and recommended to work more as a general health staple, usually i just get by with the normal omega 3, as 6 and 9 can be sourced more easily from the diet, but this product does have its purpose and has the fatty acids in a balanced ratio to ensure optimal health, i would recommend this product to anyone looking for the health benefits from the essential fatty acids, e.g. such as increased brain function leading to better moods and clearer though, as well as optimal heart health and function and transport of fatty acids as a fuel source, this is a supplement that should be run year round with a solid multivitamin to ensure you are running optimally. Usually always have to take 3 tablets of omega3 in my experience but with this it is just one tablet a day which is great as never the nicest oroducts to swallow!

Myprotein has always set a benchmark in the fitness industryt. It offers a range of flavours that is more diverse than other competitors which provides something to suit anyone taste. I used to use the unflavoured version to start with and found it to be bearable and taste like watered down skimmed milk when mixed with water, then i went for chocolate mint and did not go back to unflavoured due to the quality of the flavour which does make this more enjoyable and easy to consume on a daily basis. This product mixes easily in a mixer master or wire ball shaker with around 200-300 ml of liquid per 50 grams of protein. It can also be used to make great low carb protein bars and protein cookies when combined with one ingredient which is the vitafiber syrup. Whey protein has been an aid in my muscular development allowing for me to have more improved recovery from workouts and be able to add more lean mass when bulking and preserve more muscle when dieting down to low bodyfat levels.
