I use this 5 days a week with breakfast. It is easy to mix in an empty, large necked, water bottle (although add water into bottle first) and shake. I use it to neck down with morning supplements. No effects or discomfort on digestion and quite palatable. The taste is far more neutral than other green powders I have used and I have tried a few from the early days of Spirulina powder which is not easy to stomach. The only thing that I haven't tried is to mix and store to use later, I'm sure it would be ok if consumed within the day. I haven't tried it with food or mixed with protein, fruit juice etc. I think it is far easier mixed in water.
Tasted awful, I tried one and couldn't bring myself to have another ever again. Definitely better sticking to the tablets. Straight in the bin!Goes Well With:Nothing
I gave it a rating of 4 star because I trust that it will do what i says it will do Taste: it taste like seaweed. The taste is very strong, personally I would like it without any taste so that I can mix it with anything that I like and not get the over powering taste of seaweed, it may not be seaweed but that to me, is what it tastes like. Mixability. Again like other products here, it doesn't dissolve very well with water. It turns everything green but i would like it to dissolve so that there is no residual left on the container. Effectiveness. This goes without saying, effective for what? I'm not a nutritionist so I've no opinion. If it gives to me what it's meant, the nutrients that greens are meant to provide then great! only time and persistence will tell. I didn't like the taste by itself, so I mixed it in with my egg and onion omelette and it turned out like quiche, gorgeous In other words, find out what you like, experiment and you will find whats good for youGoes Well With:my egg omelettes so far, so the choices can be endless. I can see going well with bacon and egg pie, soups, garnishes and whatever your mind thinks "well, that might taste interesting"
I love the taste, the texture and the price. Quick and effective way to geg your greens. Highly recommended Goes Well With:Any tabletts
I add this daily to my morning protein shake. I don't understand the reviews that describe it as tasting horrible. The only reason I know it's mixed is because it turns the colour of my shake green. Other than that you wouldn't know it had been added. Mine came as part of a Summer offer and only came in a 100g bag. The reason I'm on this site now wasn't initially to add a review but to order a bigger bag but when I red the reviews I felt compelled to add my comments. Great product. Goes Well With:Whey Protein. Plain, Banana & Strawberry Flavour and Strawberry flavour.
I drink this everyday mix it into my smoothie. A little lumpy of I don't mix it properly, chunks of green powder. I bought the tropical flavour, was far too sweet but original is ok
I bought this product out of curiosity really as I already eat a variety of veg daily. I bought the unflavoured one so I could mix it in with my strawberries and cream whey from Myprotein. Although it turns my shake to green and looks kinda gross , the strawberry flavour from my whey makes it lovely !! I don't know what people were expecting this to taste like from reading the other reviews as I expected some sort of leafy veggies taste. I would recommend it for people who will mix it in with their other flavoured protein drinks.Goes Well With:Myprotein strawberry and cream impact whey
Great for the price. Doesn't taste bad for green powder
Great day starter for anyone who is looking to add some healthy greens to their diet.personally I use supergreens along with my morning protein+carbs drink up to twice daily to make sure I had enough portions of greens on top of my normal cooked/raw fruit and veg portions..What I like in this product is all the fibers and healthy stuff without fructose and other unwanted substances etc with canned fruit/veg.Good product .Using it daily.Goes Well With:any protein shake
Great way of getting more green into your diet. I'm a big fan of the increased amount of spirulina in this product too. Great choice for all.
Great green powders, I use them 6 times a day, with shakes and bars, very good for someone short of time who needs some green foods. I highly recommend them and shall buy them again (also great price at the moment!!)
Seems to keep my stomach settled, I definitely notice the days I don't get enough fruit/veg down me.
as per the title the product itself is great but it smells and tastes (i would guess) like a sewer. i have tried different juices but just cant make it taste nice
I received this for free as part of a promotion they were doing and I absolutely love it! When I first opened it, the smell definitely reminded me of rabbit food .. But then, it is full of vegetables etc, so I guess that's to be expected! For my first try I used this in a smoothie of one banana, few strawberries and water (though I'm not a massive smoothie drinker due to excess of sugar and loss of fiber) - but this was the only was I could think to actually try it! Could not taste it at all! Now I've started using it in my protein shakes. Although it may not look appealing - Again, there is no strong taste of anything so it's thoroughly enjoyable - in my opinion. Looks can be deceiving and all that! Overall I'd definitely recommend this if you want to increase the intake of minerals that you may find difficult to get in every day! Goes Well With:Protein shake
Used to look forward to my Protien shake.. Since adding this I almost dread it None the less there key veggies, havnt eaten any veg in 15+ years can't expect it to taste amazing.. It's a vegetable after all Would certanly recomend to others, just down it and think of all the chomping your saving yourselfGoes Well With:Chocolate Mint Whey is just bearable
Why don't you want to eat your greens, there're horrible! I bought the unflavoured by accident, tropical flavour is bearable, unflavoured just takes horrid, managed to make it drinkable mixing with ginger beer. Great green profile just seriously bad taste.
