Too much B12 for daily use
3The nutritional information on the packaging they do not match up with the website. For Vitamin B12 on your website it shows that one tablet is 104% of your RI which is perfectly fine. Whereas on the packaging it is actually 10400% off your daily RI. This number is extremely high to be taking everyday for a healthy individual, would only recommended to have these 3 times a week. Everything else seems to be fine.

Good, if you can handle the taste
4These multi-vits are really good. Made me feel so much better since a started taking them about a month ago. My only issue is the taste. Usually I can chuck tablets back no problem but the second they hit your tounge, you best be ready to drink a lot of water to get the taste out your mouth. Suppose that’s they price you pay though, right? Overall, highly recommend. Goes Well With:Lots and LOTS of water

Too much Selenium - warning to all buyers
3I've been taking these vits for just over 2 months. Although I feel healthy and glad that I'm getting all of the vitamins & minerals, I spotted some very faint lines across my nails. I knew that nails are a strong indicator of health issues and did some research. I have discovered that these faint lines are the start of what Mees Lines look like, which is a symptom for essentially, heavy metal poisoning. With some more research I found that Mees Lines could be the cause from too much Selenium in my diet. These vits contain 91% of my daily intake of Selenium. I also have a balance diet of dairy, meat, fruit and veg which Selenium is already very bioavailable. I wanted to write this review to let as many people know as possible. Many women cover their nails with gels/ nail polish and may not spot the signs for this early enough, until it may be too late. I plan to stop taking the vits as a process of elimination.

Cheap and effective
5This multivitamin is a great (and super cheap) way to hit all your vitamins and micronutrients targets, particularly indicated now during the quarantine! The capsules don't have any taste and they aren't too big either, definitely very easy to swallow (that's what she said).
