I purchased this as my low carb diet means I am prone to consuming less of the many essential vitamins and minerals. After a few weeks of consumption I can already see the difference 100% RDA daily consumption makes! It is so easy to use and very convenient to drink when you are in a rush! Would definitely recommend!

Its ok. Difficult to digest

I have tried the product a few times. It seems difficult to digest. As in, you notice and feel heavy after taking it with water. I now add it to my smoothies and do not notice the flavour.

this powder works well mixed with water in the morning and evening!! you need quite a bit of water as sometimes doesnt mix too well but otherwise great product!

Mix it with flavoured suplement

Very poor mixability, in glass with spoon it is impossible to mix, in shaker it is better but you have to shake it very long. The taste is not so good as well so I mix it with flavoured suplement. On the opposite side of everything written before I definitely feel better and since using it I was not sick so it works.

Absolutely Amazing

I bought this recently and mixed it with my "Chocolate Smooth" flavoured whey protein shake, mixed really well and did not interfere with the chocolate smooth flavour, over all, is a really great product and I always wake up in the morning feeling nice and fresh, would suggest to anyone, even if they don't exercise as much as I do.

It definitely does a good job. I have felt it's effects since I started taking it. My only issue is that it has certain negative bathroom related side effects on me...
