Love Macs
5I started taking Maca around three weeks ago, I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels, so much more energy when I work out. I would recommend highly if you want to feel more energised.

Feeling energetic
5I'm only on day 3 or 4 of taking these and I definitely feel alot more energetic. I literally cleaned the house from top to bottom and still had energy afterwards. Got loads of little jobs done today not a bother!. Its really handy that you only have to take one capsule a day. I tried another maca root capsule before where you had to take 3 tablets, 3 times a day!. So far so good. Im hoping it will help with energy before workouts as I was struggling before. No side effects as of yet anyway. Goes Well With:I just take in the morning after breakfast with my normal multivitamin.

Great for PMS and menstrual pain
5I’ve been taking Maca capsules for about 3 years now and I find them so effective , my main reason is to gain appetite and I’ve realised it increases my energy and somehow keeps me energised throughout the day . I would highly suggest to women , my menstrual pain hasn’t been bad ever since I started taking it , and I DEFINITELY seen a difference in the few months when I stopped taking them so I restarted and it took a while for it to regulate with my hormones . It’s definitely not something that will happen overnight so consistency is key but overall great product Goes Well With:Water / Blended in protein shakes / orange juice

5I have tried many brands of Maca, some good, some with zero effect, these ones I do feel the effect of, I take them pre workout and I do feel a better feel and i attack the workout harder, overall, great value for money

5Absolutely live these, was a bit sceptical when I read reviews as i had tried loads of other products but these started working g after about a week and now I taken them regularly. My flushes have stopped completely and I feel these have lifted my mood and given me more energy

It would be nice to know which KIND of Maca is used in these capsules
3I don't feel much and it's hard to say if these are working. It would be nice to know which kind of Maca is used in this product. Red, yellow or Black Maca? I think this kind of information is very important. I hope the producer will add this to the product description.

4Definitely feel a boost in energy and wellbeing after a few days of taking these. I do find it best to cycle them though as the noticeable effects seem to wane after 2-3 weeks. So I take them for 3 weeks before having a 1-2 week break. Works for me, but a different protocol may work equally well or better for you. We're all a little different.Goes Well With:Glass of water.
