It works!
5Honestly, this is by far the BEST thing I have purchased in terms of weight loss products! Dont get me wrong, you still need to have a healthy diet. I would only take 2 pills 15 minute before my dinner everyday! I did not have any issue with constipation as well. Within 4 weeks on these tablets I've lost around 5kg. Goes Well With:Water

2I'm not sure these work actually. I had high hopes but the studies show that you would have to consume a massive ridiculous number of tablets to make a difference to fat absorption, otherwise the effect is negligible. i certainly haven't noticed any effect. I would say try them, it might just be me and my body. Goes Well With:water

5I take these on my gym free days just before having my evening meal. I’ve found they have aided in digestion and helped get rid of water retention and post meal bloating So far they work well

5Been using these for about a month now and they have made such a difference I’m following the slimming world plan and along using the fat binder tablets I’m now losing an extra 3ish pounds a week on top

Do the job!
5Used with a healthy low fat diet and regular gym sessions, I use these whenever I have a cheat meal, or something with higher fat in. Certainly been instrumental in lowering body fat. I take medication for diabetes and blood pressure so I avoid these for an hour or so after to make sure they don't reduce the medications effectiveness.

5My weight loss stalled for ages and I tried everything - more exercise, calorie control, shake up the diet and nothing worked. These have been a life saver! I was highly sceptical that anything like this would work and these were a last resort purchase, but my gosh do they do the trick! My diet is balanced, I exercise regularly and two of these before dinner is all I need to make sure I don’t absorb too many of the wrong fats. It doesn’t mean you can gorge on anything though!! I must stress this!! It isn’t magical, you still have to be aware of your calorie/fat intake and burn to stay on top. Definitely worth a try! They say two before each meal on the box, but two before dinner alone has worked just fine for me. 6lbs lost in 3 weeks! XxGoes Well With:Dinner!

Doesn't seem to suit me
3They are easy to take, don't have any bad taste and not too big. But it doesn't seem to have any effect to me (I take 4 daily, 2 capsules at a time). Maybe it's beneficial for you, but I haven't noticed any differences with my body.Goes Well With:Any fluid, 15 min before a meal
