Very good for digestion!
5I have purchased these because I wanted to support my gut and get rid of bloating / bad digestion and they work wonders. I take one pill before each meal and I can tell that I do not bloat as much and I digest way better. I do workout as well but I haven’t noticed any difference when it comes to strength or recovery. Goes Well With:Anything.

Makes you sleep like a baby recovery is great
5These tables does the job helps me recover quicker after workout, i take 3 before gym 3 after and 3 before bed for a intense heavy deep sleep i know its 9 tablets a day but their great value because you get 250 tablets in each pot .Goes Well With:Another pot

Great product
4Easy to swallow with other tablets from my protien. I’ve noticed a big difference in my recovery times after hitting the gym and I’d recommend this product to anyone going to the gym consistently.

5Honestly i can say that this is fantastic product, its probably cut down recovery by at least 70%. Only thing i regret is that i did not buy this product earlier.Goes Well With:Water

Works well, powder is better...
3Great product, but the size of the tablets are a bit mad... The powder is a bit 'bitty' but works just as well, and much easier to consume. Buy it, just go for the powder. Or, stick 3 tablets in a small glass of water, swish around, and drink. Might aswell buy the powder though.

Really works
5I take 3 tablets before exercise and 3 after with two scoops off diet protein shake .. you really feel the pump after the workout 💪 Goes Well With:Whey protein diet

5Pretty good, does what it says on the tin. I dont mix this stuff in anything personally so nice to have 4 before a workout and its done rather than having to mix in with the pre work out. The tabs are CHUNKY so if you cant swallow pills you'll struggle.

Size of a bullet
4It comes in a nice small bottle and I have been using it for almost a month now. The only one issue with the tablets are that they are very big so very hard to swallow.

5I've stepped up my training so was looking for something a little extra to help my muscles repair, these do the job. I can feel a big difference. Yes they are big but with no taste so are easily swallowed. Goes Well With:Water
