Brought these originally for myself following my knees hurting post training and found they resolved the issue when taking them regularly. I had pain in my shoulder joint as a result of lifting weights. After a few days of using these tablets the pain in my shoulder has eased. I have greater mobility in my shoulder joint as well. Only downside is that the tablets are very large and difficult to swallow. The need to be broken into half in order to swallow them.
My left wrist has been in pain for a good few months after lifting heavy weights, I started using wrist supports to help but the pain didn't go away. I have been taking these for approx. 2 weeks now and the pain seems to have subsided. I don't know if I need to continue to take forever but we will see when the bottle runs out. Thought i'd give these a try as I was recommended them due to elbow joint pain after training. For me i noticed a difference after 2 days of taking them with the aching significantly reduced, almost gone. Would recommend them.
We have used these for a few years now and I have kept meaning to write a review but when Joint Plus went out of stock for quite some time, within weeks I noticed how stiff and achey I was getting up in the morning and going up and down stairs (and not just after exercise). We had to resort to another brand in the meantime (with less in the way of ingredients per capsule) so I am delighted to see that these are back in stock. As stated by a previous reviewer, taste and mixability is irrelevant as they are tablets to be swallowed whole, but the effect of these is absolute, in my humble opinion, as my creaky, withdrawal-symptom-ed joints demonstrated when they were unavailable. I have a few older friends who swear by these and I have seen noticeable improvements in them in terms of pain and inflammation issues whilst on these. I have been taking Joint Plus for just over a week and my joints feel a little better.
Trialed for a month not expecting anything great, but within the first week I felt results! With a manual job and heavy lifting for strength often leaves my back tired. As I said early days but seems to be working well been taking the tablets for about two weeks now already I feel less stuff in the morning and my ankles and shoulders are normal really painful when I lift weights or run but genuinely feeling less and less pain in only two weeks plus I've noticed the horrible clicking and cracking noises have reduced.
Really rate this product, I have used many joint recoveries and this one is perfect. Relatively easy to swallow, I take them morning and evenings before/after training. Definitely recommend for joint care!
