Wouldn’t train without it
5Very good product, gives you an extra push and keep hydrated whilst training. Cranberry flavour is the best imo.Goes Well With:Water, used to have it with juice but got bloated. I mix it with my protein creapure creatine monohydrate

Product flavour
3I got tropical, I Felt it left a over powering taste and can be sicken at times, but did help me through my work, just the flavour was to strong.

Taste Awesome
5This is a great drink to have while working out. I chose the Strawberry option and was not disappointed. I mix is with some water and use it during workouts. It's refreshing and helps you crack on to the best of your ability.Goes Well With:Creatine

Intra Workout
5I'm actually impressed with this Intra Workout!. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and there's definitely a difference. I only use half a scoop to three quarters depending on what training I'm doing. It certainly helps when you don't have youth on your side! Haha.....

In two minds about this...
3Not sure how I feel about this intra-workout. The taste is good and the ingredients and dosing does the job you need for an intra workout - not felt any physical difference - it's like drinking a tropical juice during your workout which is fine. Mixability is awful! Firstly - it's a 25g large scoop (the same for the whey protein) and you definitely don't get the servings promised. Due to the scoop size, trying to mix it in 300-400ml of water leaves humungous clumps. I'm currently having to blast it in a nutri-bullet, wait for the foam to die and then transfer it to my sports bottle - LONG! I've had different intras before which provide better dosing and actually mix 10× better as they use a much smaller scoop. The price of this is definitely cheaper though - so honestly very unsure about this. The pros and cons are so 50/50!Goes Well With:A nutri bullet!

Amazing product
5Since I started using intra workout it had completely changed my workouts , usually I would start getting tired during long workouts and lose energy, but intra workout keeps me full of energy allowing me to train for longer.

Love it
5Been using my protein for a while now and I must say every one I have tried has been delicious even the pea protein stuff. This one is amazing and I love mixing it with Creatine, I must admit a trick though put the liquid in first that your mixing it with and then add the powder to stop it from sticking to the sides and not mixing properly. Goes Well With:Creatine

Perfect for endurance events
5Needed something to get me through an endurance event after cramping up during training. The flavour took a bit of getting used to but was fine after a few sessions. I’m pretty sure that the mix of electrolytes and salts was the reason I never cramped up over the race. Would definitely recommend for anybody attempting an extended period of training and racing.

Great
5I gym in the evenings and usually starving by 630pm so this really helps me keep going in the gym especially when lifting. Used it through the open also and seemed to let me have that little extra drive. Don’t like taking pre workouts so this is a great compromise. the cranberry and raspberry flavour is defiantly the best. ONLY down side is it’s not overly easy to mix and the powder does get everywhere! Also I only use half of not less of the scope per litre and that seems to be more palatable. Goes Well With:Water
