Great for intra workout drink
5These are great mixed with 25g cyclic dextrin for my intra workout to make sure I am getting carbs for energy and EAA for protein.

Great value for money
4Great product, could taste better but masking the taste of leucine is always hard as it is the after taste that leaves your breath a bit off. But this shows a great product really! Goes Well With:Creatine and glutamine

Cheap cola
4I love a cheap unbranded cola so this is fine for me - generally I’d go with 15g in 500ml water as a mixGoes Well With:Water

Good taste, easy to mix
4The taste is great - definitely one of the better ones I have tried. Still a bit of an artificial taste if not mixed with enough water. Not been using for long enough to see any official results, but I can feel a difference in muscle recovery time and overall energy.Goes Well With:Whey Protein - Chocolate and Peanut Butter
