A great product
5I've been training for 13 years and this is one of the best staple products I have ever used, taste is exceptional (I used chocolate) and the mixability is fantastic, whether i'm using a shaker with or without a hurricane ball or even in a glass stirring it with a fork. Taste sublime with water or milk. A terrific product. I trained for a about 6 months without any extra protein supplements then re-introduced this into my diet - the difference was obvious. Goes Well With:Water or milk

5Bought the vanilla cookie flavour and absolutely love it. I have no consumed it by itself with just milk/water but I always add it to my smoothies. Great way to increase your protein intake and great as a meal replacement as very filling when added to a smoothie. I add 2 scoops of protein, 100g of mixed berries, coconut water, flux seed and chia seeds. Makes the smoothie yummy and sweet and an extra nice thicker texture. Highly recommend!Goes Well With:Smoothies and add to pancake mixture

4I am currently taking the banana flavour shake and it tastes amazing. I blend it in a blender and mix it with chia seeds, ground flax seeds and a teaspoon of wheatgrass. I do have a question though and wonder if anyone else is finding the same problem. since starting taking this I find, shall we say, I am not as regular as normal in the toilet department. I find this very unusual as I am normally a once a day kind of person, sorry! I drink 2 litres+ every day, green tea and eat cleanish so this is the only problem i am having. I found the delivery timeframe excellent, i got my pouch sooner than expected and the flavour is really good. I had read reviews that it was lumpy when mixed so i use a hand blender and this makes it so smooth. I would really appreciate any info regarding the issue i am having, please :O) Thank youGoes Well With:Chia seeds, wheat grass and flax seeds

My experience
5I had been putting on muscle mass for about 6 months, but I put on a little fat that needed to be gone. So I went for this as it has no extra fat and low carbs and I have lost about 3kg of fat in a month. Taking it 2-3 times per day and with a clean diet. Can't go wrong! I recommend it!Goes Well With:Best with milk

Best Whey Ever!!
5Great product, have the double chocolate and it tastes great!! been using for 3 months alongside 5 HIIT a week and lost over 1.5 Stone, would recommend to everyone!!!Goes Well With:Water, milk, bananas, peanut butter pretty much anything

4Dubious at first as it is a diet shake but purchased to share with the wife so hey ho, tastes fine much better than some more expensive brands and mixes well would definitely recommend, have tried a friends vanilla which is also nice.Goes Well With:training

5I had previously only used Phd protein shakes - and really liked them, it must be said. But I was amazed at how well this MP whey mixes - absolutely brilliant. I've got the cookies and cream version at the moment - yum!Goes Well With:A busy lifestyle that doesn't always allow for time spent preparing food.

5Very tasty and great pre/pro workout powder can be mixed as smoothie or with Greek yogurt. Great value. Goes Well With:Water/coconut water/homemade cereal bars/Greek yogurt.

5If you are looking to loose weight by having two shakes and one meal this is the product for you.You get no starving feelings or loss of strength with the shakes.I just have some fruit In Between shakes.this product is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to loose weight but with a shake that is easy to mix and tastes great.Goes Well With:Water
