banana yummy
5well havent been using this product for very long, but so far so good tastes delightful, and no possible risk of my using this one when his runs out, as he hates Banana !! Goes Well With:i have mine with milk and ice, that is it, nothing fancy, althogh is also nice with fruits of the season added.

Impact diet whey chocolate mint and cookies and cream
5mixing - they both mix really well if you use a blender otherwise I found that in a shaker bottle I still got some lumps and jelly like bits which I found very hard to consume, however once I started blending them both they tasted amazing! I didn't dread having them in fact I actually looked forward to eating them! I tend to have with milk and water so half and half as with just water I felt it didn't fill me up as long. Taste - the chocolate mint is delicious and not too sickly I can have it anytime of the day. I tend to have it as my breakfast replacement. The cookies and cream is very sickly on the pack it says two scoops per serving I only use one scoop as it was just too sickly however with the one scoop it does taste delicious! I wouldn't advise having in the morning I tend to have it as a lunch replacement. I will be a regular customer as the delivery is fantastic and I do love the product! Looking forward to trying all the flavours! Goes Well With:Water and milk

Diet Impact Whey
3Banana is not the greatest flavour, but if you can bear that you will be fine, just do not expect a "nesquik" type flavour because thats not what you will get! It smells great but the taste is a bit yukky. May be better with milk, I use water. Its fine to use, but don't get your hopes up for the taste. Goes Well With:maybe milk

Changed ingredients?!
2I bought this regularly and my most recent batch is too sweet and has powder like bits that sink to the bottom (like sand) or float to the top. Before there was bits which you could chew on and had some substance. With this batch I don't even need the ball whisk because it all disolves. I'm personally not enjoying the change in ingredients and would like it back to the original. Goes Well With:Water

Had to ask myself if it was really just sand
1When this arrived the packaging alone made it look dissapointing, it was a little tarnished and just looked cheap. The protein in the bag looked like a heap of sand and smelled kind of like sewage. The mixture was horrid and can only be described as a "goop". If you don't mind having to chew you shakes then you may have more luck, but I couldn't stomach it. I can't give an honest opinion on the effectiveness as I couldn't hack using it for long enough to find out.Goes Well With:Nothing I found

Difference between two of the same product
3I recently bought this product for a 2nd time because I found it really good the first time. I got exactly the same product and flavour (choc) but this one is very different when mixed. My first batch mixed really well and went down almost with no lumps however the second pack I got doesn't mix as well in my shaker and little clear seed like jelly bits are in the shake which rise and float on the top, I'm not sure if that's what is supposed to be in it but my first one didn't have it so I thought it was a bit strange. Still tastes the same but has a much lumpier consistency this time.Goes Well With:Water/milk

5Great flavours, although found the double chocolate flavour to be particularly sweet, this flavour was ordered by accident as had actually requested the latte flavour, however it reset back to the default and I didn't check before confirmed?! The sweetness isn't an issue if having the shake as a snake or after a workout, but as your breakfast I think is a bit much

5I have a shake as a post run drink, it has really helped my recovery, I feel a lot better the day after and feel I run better, I have also used this product as a meal replacement and have seen results in weight loss. Much much cheaper than these big name weight loss shakes on the market and great tasting too, the vanilla is lovely!!Goes Well With:Meal replacement or post workout drink

Very nice
4I thought the chocolate diet whey is really nice - I have it either as a mid morning snack or after dinner to fix my sweet craving! I think this is really filling and satisfying. I think it is more satisfying than the impact whey. I have been taking it along side the Insanity max 30 and 21 day fix diet and results have been great so far. I have lost a stone in 4 weeks. I have been taking this as well as the diet bundle. I am going to try using this in pancakes and other recipes.Goes Well With:Water, porridge
