The Hydrolysed Whey Protein is produced by a controlled enzyme treatment of whey protein which is mild and is carefully monitored, leaving the essential amino acids intact and retaining the high quality of protein.
This has a high protein content per serving (25.5g) which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Due to the protein being pre-digested it will have a slight bitter taste.

I have been taking this as my only post workout protein source as it is so readily transported to the muscles after a workout. After listening to the pro maker George Farah and Kai greene at a seminar he explained in detail how much more beneficial that you use it in that critical half hour window post workout. Every other protein source wether it be isolate, concentrate etc are a waste of time as they still take a fair while to be utilised by the body. This hydrolysed whey has extremely fast absorption rates. The taste is not great but that's to be expected. To me if your more bothered about taste than product effectiveness and quality you shouldn't be bodybuilding. Mix ability is great. I don't get any lumps and clumps and I've tried it in a shaker bottle and water bottle. There is some foaming with it but nothing too major. There is No residue left at the bottom either. The Effectiveness has been positive. It is one of those products that is a slight change that could in the end make a big change to the overall picture especially if you are someone who likes to be one step ahead of the game and the competition. I take it first thing in the morning upon waking and within 10 minutes post workout. On each occasion I take 3 large MP scoops. Summary - This is a superb high protein, virtually zero carb and fat product. It is only for serious trainers and despite its price tag it's still the best value on the market by far. I've not had this product for long enough yet to judge its effectiveness but it is very easy to mix and creamy and pretty much tasteless; this makes it very useful to use as a supplement to other foods too. Add to all this, the fact that you can easily mix the required scoop and a half to no more than 150ml of water and you've got a very powder. Why people moan about the taste of a powder when it is drunk in such small quantities and for such a minuscule period of time in one's life I'll never know. And whoever said this tasted "bitter" is just plain lying. For me - results all the way; taste - unimportant. The icing on the cake is the price.So low that I am truly wondering whether this really IS hydrolysed protein? Hmmm!!!

I have been using this protein for 2 months now and am happy with it. I use flavdrops with it ( 4 drops are enough) but even without it taste is ok. Mixes well with water. I can't say that it is solely responsible for my improvement as I use various other products but would like to believe it does what MyProtein say it does. This product is OK however I prefer to use isolate as I feel it mixes better, tastes less bitter, and also has more % of pure protein. However this protuct is excellent for those who want to spend a bit more on a quality protein for fast absorption.Goes Well With:water

Truly excellent product. I don't know why people are complaining about a bitter taste, it tastes great, even the unflavoured version. It mixes extremely well and hasn't caused any bloating whatsoever, finally. Well worth the more expensive cost over regular isolate for someone like me with lactose intolerance. Ok it doesn't taste amazing, but it's not that bad. Plus you're not using it for its taste, I look at it like a medicine, doesn't taste good but is good for you. Mixes brilliantly, I mix with water in a shaker. Since using have noticed considerable recovery in my muscles post workout. Feel no pains or aches which in turn means I can push myself next time :) Highly highly recommend this product. As a sufferer of crohnd disease I have found a lot of other products cause bloating and nausea but not this one. Yes it tastes horrendous but mixed in a shake with some oats and fruit makes it drinkable. Due to the crohns I find it difficult to put muscle on but the fast absorbtion of this pre digested protien has made a noticeable difference and I'm starting to see a change after using this for a month and I'm definately going to buy more.
