Amazing
I have PCOS and recently came off for the pill and decided to give inositol a chance. After 5 years I have finally manged to get a normal cycle. I'm nearly to the end of my first bottle and noticed a major difference in my mood, energy and craving levels. I hope these stay in stock forever and I would definetly recommend for these supplements to be available on a subscription basis. Eventhough the capsules are huge it's worth the benifits.

When to take ?
I'm wondering when is the best time of day to take these supplements? Is it one in AM and then in PM? Or take two together at a particular time of day ?

So I’ve been on my period for 110+ days and after 5 days of using this all my symptoms (cramps and aches) have gone and my bleeding has stopped. I’m so blooming grateful for these they’ve changed my life within a few days. I highly recommend these especially if you have pcos.

Great but always out of stock
These are fabulous and my skin is glowing but they are constantly out of stock. Will have to source a similar supply from elsewhere. Pretty useless customer service doesn't really help either.

The best vitamin ever
I've got PCOS suffer badly with hormone acne and everything related since starting this I never want to leave them I stopped taking because I forgot to order more and realised the correlation between my spots appearing was because I hadn't had these I can't find this combination anywhere else and they are the best

Amazing!
I've been using these for 2 months now, and my last two periods have been COMPELTELY painless - no cramps at all! After suffering from cramps for years, I can't believe I've found something that actually helps. I also noticed my PMS this month was noticeably less severe than usual as did my partner. These are miracle pills!!

Bought these to help with pcos and irregular periods, after taking them for one month I was back to a 28 cycle, something I haven't had for about 20 years. My cycles were anywhere between 36 & 50 days!! Amazing product 👍👍

Hormone balance tablets
I have irregular periods but having these tablets have regulated them. I have one around 3pm sometimes 4pm and i have one in the evenings. When you swallow it sometimes you can faintly taste it but that should go away once you have something to eat. I have swallow it with water, Over all would definitely have these supplements if you have irregular periods. Made me ovulate early as well. Goes Well With:Water
