4I take Mega green tea extract every day not only for the caffeine but for the antioxidants. Free radicals in the body can cause genetic mutations and even cancer. 5I find this a great value product, and stops me having to force down 6-7 cups of green tea a day. I take it first thing in the morning or at the start of my workout which i find gives me a boost. I also take along side cla 1000mg which i find boosts the results.Goes Well With:Cla 1000mg

5a good buy thought i would give these a try ,bought these from myprotien site because they are trusty site where you know what you are buying is safe,wouldnt buy from any other online retailer when it comes to supplements

4I bought these as I was finding it hard to continuously drink the bland tasting tea, it's so much easier just to pop a capsule. The size is pretty good so they are really easy to swallow, which makes a change to some of the tablets on here. It's hard to gauge how well they are working as I have only recently started taking them but so far so goodGoes Well With:Water

5Overall think is a good product, mixability and effectiveness i have given 4 stars as i have never tried to mix it so not sure on that one and effectness do not think i have been taking it long enough to comment but so far i am feel okay.
