Very effective
5Ive tried this product for a week now and i am extremely happy with the help that it gave. My joints have been feeling much less stress now. I was strugling to do 100kg deadlift but now i can do 120kg for easy 10 reps. This has been same with my other workouts like Chest and espescially Shoulders etc. Thank you Myprotein,

Does the trick
5Tablet is very big but definitely does the trick. I have a bad knee so it hurts when i squat if i take these everyday for a week, i can feel improvements rapidly and find it easy to squat

Effects of Glucosamine
5After trilling this for a couple of weeks, I would say its beneficial as soreness and the ache within joints of my knee where I had issue previous seemed to dull down after taking one tab a day for about 10 days.Goes Well With:Squash, Water, Preworkout, Juice

one years supply
5got the 360 pills and the guide says one a day so i should be set! i also bought msm + glucosamine hcl + chondroitin which is supposed to help absorption. i've been taking them together for around 2 weeks and definitely feel much better in my ankles and kneesGoes Well With:msm,glucosaminehcl.chondroitin
