Does what it says!
5It’s a glucosamine supplement! Now the tablets are a bit on the big side, doesn’t bother me but I know some have issues ingesting large tablets, otherwise, it’s fine!

5These were a free sample with my order so I’m taking them everyday until they run out, but I’m not really sure what the benefits are as of yet.

Newbie to all this!
5I've recently (FINALLY) got back into fitness, and was enjoying it until an old demon popped back up to remind me why I stopped. My Knees! They hurt most of the time due to my hips popping out of alignment and doing activities such as spinning and lifting aggravates them. So I brought my very first order from my protien and these came free with it. Did a quick Google, they help with lubricating joints, perfect I'll give them a go..... and they work! No more pain during or after exercise! I am shocked that this is all I needed to take, and wish I found them sooner. These will now be a constant staple in my daily routine! I do notice thats if I miss a couple of doses that the pain does come back so they must be doing somthing! (I also see a chiropractor regularly to put my hips back into aliment just for transparency). Highly recommend for joint/knee pain! Not a cure but helps to maintain!

Help with regaining strength in ankle
5Sprained my ankle a couple of weeks ago and been taking this to help with regeneration of the ligament. Been a pretty helpful product for me.

4Only just started taking them so obviously can’t feel/see much difference taste awful but that’s what is expected of tablets. Would recommend as long term benefits are great

3Too early to tell the effectiveness of the product, But with the consistent use of it the benefits will speak for themselves.Goes Well With:I have added these to my daily intake of other Vital Vitamins and Minerals
