After weightlifting for around 3 years i started to notice pain in my lower back and shoulder joints. The pain was pretty dull but was an inconvenience in normal life and lifting weights. I would have pain in my back when squatting (even with a strength shop belt) And in my shoulder when doing most exercise. I read some articles how it was a placebo etc and some that say it actually works. So i gave it a try. I have been having 2 tablets every day (and one fish oil) for about a month now and i really haven't experienced any problems joint wise for the last two weeks now. (So took about twoish weeks to notice changes) From my personal experience i would definitely say its worth a try if you are having reoccurring joint pain. Lemme give you a brief background of my situation so that you can evaluate this product yourself through me. My father was a rowing champion as a teenager, that earned him many medals on national and european lvl as well as some long lasting injuries. After dropping out of the sport he continued working in manual labor and as a truck driver which earned him more than a couple of tough non sleep nights and more injuries on his way (couldnt even turn in his bed at times). I wasn't optimistic about this product at all. I also was suspicious about the ratings being so extremely high in the reviews. I still am suspicious about that, to be honest. But this is really cheap so I figured why not give it a try -- I've had joint pains for years and doctors/physios have not been able to offer a solution or even definitive explanation. So I tried it. And it works like a charm. I couldn't believe it, so I stopped taking it, and the pains returned. I started again, and sure enough the pains went away again. I am very pleasantly surprised. I have to say, I am still suspicious about the product too -- maybe there's some placebo effect going on, or maybe it just works for me specifically and won't work for others; surely this can't be a "miracle cure". But it has done wonders for me.
Just wanted to say this product is great! Have been taking for couple of years now and wouldn't be without it. Joints and spine have improved dramatically allowing me to continue to exercise again.

I can't comment on the effectiveness of this product as I take it for prevention rather than cure. I have never had a problem taking tablets however these are massive, really hard to swallow. 9/10 times of taking them I end up gagging and have actually brought them back up on more than 1 occasion (sorry!)Goes Well With:Water
Started using these when my shoulder and elbow joints started to lock out and was painful.. after only 2weeks my joints are back to normal with no pain what so ever.. top product

So far, so good. I've been doing a lot a hill running lately, and started to feel some slight pain. Since I have been taking these Glucosamine HCL tablets, the pain has gone and my legs are feeling strong.
