I bought it recently as a replacement for my BCAA 4:1:1. To tell you truth there is not much difference between them. People do not realize that if BCAA taste awful it means it is a good quality. Do some research. Goes Well With:Total Protein Bedtime Extreme
Just tried for the first time. Checked the labelling and it states this product may contain milk or egg. Does that mean it might not be vegan? Since I have an intolerance to milk and egg where do I stand as I bought this on the basis that it was suitable for vegans? Is it vegan? As for the taste its not great as I mixed the unflavoured powder with just water. Tastes like the powder smells, fermented rotten something or other however I'm quite happy to bear it if it provides gains (and if its 100% vegan of course)Goes Well With:Only tried with water but needs juice or almond milk maybe.
Tastes and mixes poorly on its own, that's the unflavoured. Mix it with my vegan blend, and mixes/tastes much betterGoes Well With:Vegan blend, coconut milk
Tastes good- I drink it with my greens powder. The taste is fruity and refreshing. And it's vegan! Goes Well With:Water, greens powder
As a vegan currently on a cut, I thought bcaas were a must have. When I tried these the taste was discussing to me (personal opinion of the peach and mango flavour) but I thought it would be worth it for the amino acid benefit. However 5-10 minster later, my stomach blew up like a balloon and was super painful. I hadn't eaten anything else unusual so I know it was these. I am sure not everyone will have this reaction, but for me personally who has a sensitive stomach at the moment they are definitely not for me.Goes Well With:Water
I love MyProtein products but BCAA is not good at all! Tried so many different brands BCAA powders and never had that bad mixability problem. It just doesn't mix at all, even after an hour some pieces are floating in the water. It's pity that I can't attach the image just to show how horrible it looks in the bottle :( I ordered peach and mango flavour, which is horrible too!
This is the worst tasting supplement I have ever had. I have had many many different supplements over the last 6 years and this is just awful. It tastes horrible, it floats to the top of water/juice and doesn't mix well, and just generally tastes like... I don't even know how to describe it.... Unfortunately due to the flavour I can't comment on the effectiveness. I normally love MP products, and should really write more reviews, but this... I could not leave un-reviewed.Goes Well With:Holy fire
ok supplements are not meant to taste nice, but this one is the worst! if you mix it with your protein shake, it takes over the flavour! this is the vegan only option, but might just change to the veg capsules instead as this is pretty grim to take each day!
but I drank Fermented BCAA for a few months and it seems to me that the usual BCAA 2:1:1 works better for me than Fermented BCAA. Taste and mixing it is the same as this. So I went back to BCAA 2:1:1(works very well).Goes Well With:Water
I have been using the fermented BCAA 4:1:1 water melon for a while loved the flavour made the mistake of switching to Berry Blast after reading good reviews it literally has no taste Goes Well With:Water
The unflavoured one has an horrible taste, stick with normal bcaa if you're not vegetarian Goes Well With:Water
seems to work after only taking it for a week - but the unflavoured one (the one i bought) - buy with caution - tastes awful :-) Goes Well With:protein powders
For these price is much better MP do a lot of good BCAAs and with protein is good stimulation for the miscle Goes Well With:I whey protein
I take this during and after training, it tastes pleasant and keeps me well hydrated during weights and cardio sessions
