Packs on the beef....but hard to mix!
4Very good product indeed does what it says on the tin serious muscle gains, however really hard to mix even with an electric blender! Still a cracking but though.

Good for bulking
5Using Impact protein for 6 months I found excellent for recovery time post workout but wanted to bulk up a little. After just a couple weeks using this product I feel a positive difference and have put on a few pounds already. Chocolate mint was a good choice and I've now ordered a bag of the strawberry which I hope to be just as tasty. Excellent!!Goes Well With:Mix well with half water, half semi skimmed milk.

Best tasting shake I've tried
5When you're chugging down 1-3 shakes a day, the crucial question is this: "Can I neck this stuff fast and relatively enjoyably without having to suppress my gag reflex?". The answer here is definitely "Yes". It comes down to what's sustainable, doesn't it? No regime means anything unless you can keep it up and unless it isn't a pain in the rear. The nutrients are self-explanatory, so I'll limit my review to "can I realistically down this thing in 2 minutes flat relatively enjoyably?". "Yes". I have banana flavour which I highly recommend. 5 star.

Great product, note on flavours
5This is a great product, I usually add 1.5 scoops to a pint of whole milk for about 700 calories, 3 or 4 times a day. I've been doing this for about three weeks so far and I've gained about 10kgs. It would be impossible for me to take in so many calories without this supplement, even using the whole milk diet. Note about the flavours: only choose chocolate mint if you *really* like mint chocolate chip ice cream. Otherwise you will get bored of the very sweet taste. Chocolate Smooth is better IMO, or Cookies and Cream.Goes Well With:Pint of whole milk

fantastic product
5Great product. Have struggled for a long time trying to increase my weight whilst bulking, after drinking this 2-3 times a day for around a month, I have been gaining on average 3lb per week. I have tried the mint choc chip and cookies and cream, both taste absolutely delicious! They both mix well too (I use a mixer cup with a mixing grate in rather than a ball) I use 500ml rather than the 700ml recommend and find it makes a lovely shake.Goes Well With:Milk or water

Chocolate mint
5Good mixing as long as shaken well. Contains oats so need a good long mix. Very palatable (chocolate mint) Makes bulking and taking more calories easier.

Choc mint Hard Gainer
5I am a vegetarian so a good protein product that is veggie suitable is essential. This doesn't go straight through me as many cheaper products from other manufacturers do. Good minty taste and mixes very well in a shaker. No clumps of powder at all. Overall, very pleased with this product.Goes Well With:Water. Milk.
