Blew me away, they really do work
5MyProtein introduced me to BCAAs when I ordered one of the energy drinks that had them in on a whim to make up postage. I noticed for the two weeks that I had one of these drinks daily, that my DOMS was greatly reduced, and that my muscle tone had noticeably improved. I'm an equestrian and work with horses too, so I have some days that are busier than others, hence a lot of muscle fatigue. I couldn't really afford more of the drinks so tried these pills instead and just wow, it's been three weeks since I started taking them and I'd say my muscle fatigue is reduced by at least 75%. Thanks to the greater comfort, I'm riding better because I can use my body without pain. Worth a try if you struggle with the soreness. Goes Well With:Water (!) - these pills aren't as big as people make out but you can't really swallow them without water.
