Steady Gains
4I have now been using this product for approximately 2 months, i take 4 pre workout and 4 post workout to help prevent the breakdown of lean muscle tissue and aid in the recovery process. I find myself looking that little bit bigger and leaner whilst seeing overall gains in speed, stamina and power. A good product to couple with an all in one or a high potency protein shake, pre and post workout.

good stuff, not tasty
5Good bcaa powder, very hard to mix with pretty much anything but the required quantity is low enough it can be taken by spoon. doesnt taste great by any means, but is bearable if washed down with strong tasting juice like grapefruit. I prefer thing to be pure so prefer this powder just the way it is. i find this helps with workout pain as well as healthy skin.Goes Well With:pure grapefruit juice
