5I bought this because I was on keto and was experiencing heart palpitations. I was told I should get some electrolytes in so I purchased these. After taking these the palpitations stopped. They taste salty but I don’t mind that. Overall would recommend.Goes Well With:Water

Helped my thirst no end
5Used to be thirsty constantly, that's why I bought these. Water would go straight through me. Now I feel like I only need to drink a normal amount, and much more hydrated during the day.
