Keeps you balanced
5I train 2 hours a day, hour cardio and an hour weights, so really do expend a lot of sweat, mixed in with my Keto diet these tablets are great for restoring lost body salts and keep me balanced for the day

Best electrolytes in the market
5I use electrolytes daily. It's my most important supplement. These electrolytes are the best in value -the cheapest - with the best dosage per tablet. I stock up on these when there's a sale. The tablets are not too big and are easy to swallow.Goes Well With:Low carb diets. Alcohol (helps prevent hangovers/headaches)!

Great for fasting
5I use these when I do prolonged fasting to keep my electrolytes up. They have the highest levels of nutrients that I've seen, as most electrolyte supplements are geared towards exercise. Not that you can't use them for exercise, but with a balanced diet you probably wouldn't these amounts.Goes Well With:Fasting
