Love it!
5This product works really well! Gives you a feeling a fullness, obviously you need willpower to go along with it, but takes away your hunger. Can't comment if it blocks calories or carbs. If you need a little help with weight loss, order this :)

5Definitely does what it says on the tin. Keeps you fuller for longer and tastes really nice too. Also comes in sachets really handy to just throw in your bag.

4I can't yet comment on the effectiveness of the weight loss achievements as a result of using this but it definitely does its job at suppressing appetite and eating less. I've tried both flavours and both are nice - the lemon and lime is like lime cordial and the orange is like a diluted calypso cup taste. These are nice also because the flavour isn't strong and almost cleanse the palate ready to eat. I've used this as/before a small snack to keep me going longer before a proper meal and it did so and I've also used this before a protein meal and could only really manage just over half before I felt satisfied. I probably prefer the orange just as it's a taste I'm more used to however I'm glad I bought both as switching up flavours in the day is refreshing.

5Excellent product. Tastes great and mixes really well. Take this gel mixed with water before each meal to loose weight it's worked for me. I definetely reccomend this product Goes Well With:Mixes really well with water

Good habit
5These beat any fatburners I've tried hands down!! I rated them 4 only because some people seem to expect candy flavours but this with water taste like super diluted orange juice but I like these they also encourage regular drinks of water. Are they effective at suppressing appetite .. Yes !! And I definitely have lost fat always encouraged when you see the top abs come through in first six weeks so these are worth putting in your bag at work and gym ☺️☺️Goes Well With:Water and I never tried but a green or hulk smoothie !!

4I got diet gel orange flavour and I've been taking it daily after fasted cardio for a few weeks. it's a really strange consistency so you have to mix it well or else it's a bit like mucus! Tastes fab but I tend to chug it because of the consistency. It contains insoluble fibre (glucomannan) to cause a feeing of fullness. I'm not entirely sure I feel any more full than if I just chug a glass of water. It doesn't seem to work for long on me as my tummy starts rumbling soon after taking it. Will keep using it as I quite like it really and it ups my fibre intake. Goes Well With:Water- lots of water

5Really good for filling you up which does stop you snacking, haven't been on them long enough to see any massive results in weight loss, tried both orange and lemon and lime flavours both are lovely Goes Well With:White kidney bean extract
