5I take these every morning before my cardio workout. a lot cheaper than some alternatives and seems to do the same job. easy enough to take with no bad after taste. even better they are vegetarian.Goes Well With:water

Brilliant
4Delivered 5th July. I’ve been using these for 1 month , along with the gym and healthy ish eating and I’ve lost 1/2 a stone!! I wouldn’t have done lost that much without these I don’t think!! Godsend! Goes Well With:Water obviously

Definitely feel like they’re doing something
4I’ve lost a couple pounds along with diet and exercise but I really feel like they’re suppressing my appetite so I believe they’re doing the job basically,, would recommend.

5Purchased this product alongside Thermopure capsules as an aid for appetite suppression as I was feeling a little bloated and unhappy with my general well being. There is no taste nor after taste with this product and even though it has only been a couple of weeks since I started using the product, I do feel as though it does exactly what is says. I will re-order.Goes Well With:Thermopure

Unnoticable
3Purchased these to go along with dieting and excersize. But to be honest I've lost about 17lbs in 7 weeks but I'm not 100% confident these helped. Between using meal replacement shakes occasionally, the 30 extra miles a week I'm walking, cutting dairy, heathier diet changes and portion reduction plus the occasional water fast.. are these making a difference? No idea.. and they taste like seaweed Goes Well With:Vitamin d3 and greens

Gives you energy
4I take 2 of these tablets in the morning and they really wake you up and give you that surge of energy needed to start any day! They make me feel fuller to and so I'm not snaking or eating half as much as I used to!
