My protein creatine
4Bought this being optimistic about it but I take 5grams a day during my workout and you can feel the difference. I bought the unflavoured one and I mix it with my whey isolate and you can’t taste it at all. Only problem is I shake it with 300ml water and ice for a good 2 mins and it still has some that sticks to the shaker, so not easily dissolvable.Goes Well With:Clear whey Isolate Water Lube

The best.... Around... No one's gonna take you down
5Honestly, creatine is one of those MUST HAVE supplements. There are others that you can maybe get away with not taking, but I would recommend that anyone looking to gain strength or endurance take some form of Creatine. Whilst flavour may not matter to most, I like tasty supplements so I can take them together as a pre workout mix, which almost substitutes flavour wise for an unhealthy drink and that's why I love the MyProtein range so much. It gives great tasting and effective supplements that will help you get to your goals. I just wish they did grape flavours for all their supplements! They're def the best! Goes Well With:Water or pre workout/bcaa's
