Better than monohydrate
5I think I’ve seen some people say that this stuff isn’t very soluable in water. Whoever said that was talking out the hole between their glutes. This stuff is soooooo much better at dissolving than monohydrate. I don’t know if anyone else finds themselves having to stir monohydrate into water and then down it while the water it’s still swirling round in the glass just to make sure you get most of it in you. I definitely do. And I still end up with sediment left over. But this gluconate dissolves brilliantly and also has a very mildly sweet taste due to the glucose. Performance wise I can’t make much commentary at this point as I’ve just finished loading phase, but I’ve noticed the same sort of lifting performance increase as I would expect from monohydrate. Would definitely recommend. Goes Well With:Anything but I generally just neck it with water

Ultimate Creatine
5I play American Football and this product provides the biggest legal performance enhancement i have come across. Improvements to sprint speed and recovery between sprints is noticeable after the first week and it is safe to take for long periods of time. I have tried all other types of creatine and this one stands head and shoulders over the others for improving repeated sprint sports performance. If you are looking for the boost to get you to the next level in your chosen sport then this is the creatine to go for! Improvements i have noted include; Max sprint speed Improved recovery between sprints longer sprint duration better focus due to higher energy levels improved recovery after training improved force output in the gym resulting in heavier loads lifted Goes Well With:Any kind of flavoured drink, either BCAA's or squash I find to be best.

Good product
4I don't find this mixes in a shake very well. I often add it to my BCAA's to have at the gym as in 1.5l it dissolves ok over the course of a workout but would always be loads left in the bottom of a shaker. Think it just need time to break down

Hard to rate accurately
4Hard to rate this accurately. Usually go for creatine monohydrate, however went for a change this time. Since you don't really feel the effects of creatine, along with its long term effects, it's hard to rate the effectiveness. Doesn't mix as well as monohydrate though. Still have a grainy texture left. I went for tasteless so taste rating doesn't really apply here Goes Well With:Protein

Good stuff!
5Quite new to this, but the product mixes well and doesn't add too much of a chemical flavour, which is excellent. Whether or not it works remains to be seen, but I do feel like I have a bit more staying power!Goes Well With:A smoothie of Milk, whey, BCAAs, Glucosamine Sulphate, cocoa powder, banana, strawberry.

Recent Purchase
3I bought this recently as part of my post-Christmas bulk. It's too early to tell if it's doing anything much but it seems to mix easily enough and due to being tasteless you can take it with pretty much anything.Goes Well With:Anything. It's basically tasteless.
