This is a really good product in terms of effectiveness it definitely helps you gain and recover well. Only problem is that it is expensive and the capsules are really big so you have to choke them down your throat. I will buy the powder instead next time and make my own smaller size capsules. Goes Well With:Water
Yes I know inside is powder but for some reason I get a bad reaction after taking the powdered stuff and after a couple of days of this I don't. Bad reaction in terms of slight light headedness and queezy stomach for about half an hour. These are easy as pie to swallow and completely tasteless. Taking 7 per serving looks a bit mad but it's literally 5g so just forget the 7 tablets and think of that. Effectiveness yet to be seen but we all know what creatine does. This is just a better delivery method. Goes Well With:Any liquid for easier swallowing.

The product gave me energy, however I felt light headed and my kidneys also ached. Get the advice of a doctor if you take high blood pressure medication, as the creatine can mess with your kidneys.

Noticeable difference after a week or two, cant manage 14 a day but take about 9. In terms of increased power or strength at the gym, nothing worth mentioning but defiantly getting bigger. I take 3 BCAAs 2CLAs 1MegaGTextract and 9Creapures per day, alongside a total breakfast shake and a total protein shake around 3-4pmGoes Well With:Any shake, just empty the tablets into it, saves swallowing 7-14 per day!

Good effective product. 7 tablets each time is quite a lot though.
Easy to take tablets. Don't understand why the need to take 7 tablets ? Why not increase strenghth of tablet and reduce amount of tablets to swallow ? I have been taking Creapure for 3 weeks now and do not find any significant difference when training. Not sure if it takes longer to kick in ?
