Creatine tablet review
5Very new to gym workout I was using the protein muscle builder as I have problems getting the amount of protein and calories needed to build but the combination of the both with my weekly workouts I've already seen some big changes and my appearance and muscle building... Witch had given me a massive confidence boost would highly recommend both any other myprotein products extremely well priced big ganes over short time..

5really great due to the capsule preventing bad taste, and it gives you an exact measurement so you know exactly how many servings you have and how many are left. highly recommend. don’t hold in mout too long or plastic decomposes and leaves a funny flavour.Goes Well With:water smoothies

Creapure usage
5I have been lifting for many years, tried various products, this is seemingly to do " something " taking the suggested dose of 4 in the morning are easy to swallow no taste easily absorbed. Slightly confused reading others reviews saying taking alot more, then......if you read Myprotein literature on " loading phases" it suggests 20 capsules a day !!! So why say 4 on the bottle with no mention of loading???? Anyway, my lifts have increased and some size . Overall myprotein do make incredible products. Goes Well With:MM Cyclone, pre workout gel or shots !!!

Easy to consume
5I have never liked powdered creatine mixed with water so found tablets a much easier way to consume a well needed supplement.

works as advertised
4if you have extra water in your body over average or drink alot or have smoothies/ clear whey shakes etc or alot of fluids - it helps regulate you close to what your body average water should be it takes time for the main effect to work after say 3-4 weeks then its gives u a push in the gym/ less fatigue etc. Goes Well With:other vitamins or green tea supplements etc

So Easy!
5I'd been contemplating using Creatine for a while, but didn't want the faff or taste of a shake! I've only been taking these for a short period so can't say for certain on personal effectiveness. But if I had to choose between these and a shake, it would be a no brainer!

4Does exactly what it says on the packet. Need plently of liquid to help swallow these bad boys. Gave me a slight headache in the first few days of use but other than that, they get a thumbs up 👍
