Flavour
1I recently got this product in the Raspberry Lemonade flavour. I could not stomach the taste of it and had to stop using it after one try of it. It is by far the most vile thing you will ever taste in your life, so if looking at purchasing I would recommend you do not get the Raspberry Lemonade flavour

5Unflavoured truly is unflavoured. Can remain a little gritty in drinks... but does the job!

Don't be afraid to try flavoured stuff
5I have used a couple of variations of creatine over the last year or so and have found it to be an effective supplement and although I get no noticeable 'buzz' as some people describe, I certainly notice when I stop taking it, my weights drop and so do my reps. I have always had unflavoured creatine with water or a shake and was quite annoyed with myself when I realised I had accidentally ordered tropical flavour. I decided as seen as I was stuck with a Kilo of the stuff I may as well try it... Im very glad I did, this stuff tastes very nice and is actually much more appealing and refreshing than drinking unflavoured stuff, the only downside is that I can't put it in shakes like I did when I had unflavoured stuff. 5Great product to hold muscle and really good for Lean mass and strength Goes Well With:Total oats and whey which has high protein and very low carbs

5I can't say whether it's had any impact yet, apparently it can take weeks but it certainly tastes nice and mixes well with water. Good stuff! Goes Well With:Water

best creatine product I've tried
5Excellent product, have used other creatine mono products before and had reasonable success but this creapure is excellent seeing some new pb's almost weekly even whilst restricting calories to cut for the summer, had started to cut and was beginning to see strength loss with the reduced calories but this has made up for the difference have even skipped breakfast a few times before training and kept workouts heavy and intense thanks to creapueGoes Well With:A scoop in the mouth and glass of water

5More than happy with the delivery of my creatine only took 3 days with standard delivery, the creatine is easily resealable and mixes well and noticing great results Goes Well With:Grape juice
