Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that is derived from safflower oil. It is commonly found naturally in dairy and beef products.
This provides 3g of CLA per 5g serving.
This can be taken as part of a healthy diet and structured training programme.

Add 150-200ml of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 5g, shake and consume. Use once daily. Alternatively add to your existing sports supplements.

I was recommended this product on the build up to summer, to cut off some winter fat. I does work really well within a COUPLE DAYS of taking it with good diet and exercise I'm already able to see my summer body. As a VEGETARIAN I cannot take the soft gels so this is the next best thing. This product does TASTE BAD, unfortunately. Personally I thought it tasted worst mixed in a protein shack because it contrasted with the shack flavor so much. Whereas with water it only has a brief after taste. I have over come this through TAKING IT LIKE A SHOT, with a small amount of water in one gulp. Then chasing it with coffee or whatever your morning drink is. Goes Well With:small amount of water
Not sure why people are saying it tastes to so bad. I have it every morning in water with a effervescent Vitamin C, and Creatine. All I taste is the orange flavour of the VitC! Not sure how well iut's doing yet as I've only been using it a few days.Goes Well With:Vitamin C.
Mixes well, in to food or drinks/shakes. Scoop included. Prefer to tablets as taking lot of tablet can be a chore, good price too.

Bought this instead of tablets as it was on offer and I much prefer the tablets. It mixes well but doesn't taste great however my rating is not reflected on taste as it is unflavoured after all. The pro is that you can take it in the morning and you are done for the day as I had an issue forgetting to take the tablets with my food and it does Mix well - you could add to a morning protein or smoothie and not notice it at all. I have been using CLA for over 4 months in conjunction with a heavy weightlifting regime and diet plan so am unable to effectively comment on if it specifically has given me results.
I haven't had any problems with the taste of this, I mix it with protein powder, 150ml almond milk and a teaspoon of cinnamon and can drink it easily. Seems to be working too! Goes Well With:Almond milk
A lot of people saying it tastes bad but all you have to do is have it with milk and a few drops of vanilla essence or Myprotein flavdrops, mix it in a protein shaker as it dissolves much better. This removes the taste. I have noticed some fat loss around the stomach but you have to have a clean diet and plenty of exercise or else you will see no difference. The taste takes a bit of getting used to, but I can manage to drink it mixed with just a bit of water now. Mix with cordial or even your protein shake if you want to mask the taste. In terms of effectiveness, i've only been using it for a few weeks and i've lost weight. But this may also be due to me being at a calorie deficit. The research behind CLA is very convincing though so I am sure it is doing something!
I've been using CLA Powder for over 6 months now and I do feel the difference. This is recommended, the taste however isn't great yet I got used to it!

I've tried CLA pills in the past, but decided to try it in powder form. I felt that the pill form did have a small effect on me, but it is always hard to tell how much as I was exercising a lot at the time. I am hoping the powder form will have the same effect, though I have not used it long enough to notice anything yet. I found it mixed very well with whatever I put it in, though I would recommend mixing it with something that tastes quite strong as the flavour by itself is not pleasant. I've mixed it with other flavoured protein powders and found it masks the taste of the CLA quite well

Vile taste an the smell is even worse. I couldnt choose softgel form because i cant take them. You can get rid of the taste slightly with juice but dont use the full amount of cla just have it in little bits troughout day. Or like a shot. The smell reminds me of something you put on the walls paint or glue. Excellent in what t does. So reccomendGoes Well With:Juice or a shot of water

Mixes very well, and it does work as intended. But it is the fowlest smelling & tasting supplement I've ever encountered. A supplement that smell & tastes as it does is beyond flavouring I guess. Neck it & try not to gagGoes Well With:Green tea extract
