Works well, but watch you blood sugar levels
4This Cissus works as intended. I do however feel that there needs to be a warning on the back of the packet to bear in mind that it can mess with blood sugar levels. I've recently been struggling with non-diabetic (last time I checked) hypoglycemia episodes recently and although I can't directly attribute them to this product the episodes have only happened while using it. If you're managing your blood sugar levels because your life depends on it, stay clear of this product. If you aren't then consider using the product once every other day and building up slowly.

No more aching knees
5I was recommended these by a bodybuilder friend after I mentioned that my knees were aching during my runs. Can’t recall how long it was before I noticed the improvements (well within a month) however I’m now on my second pot as I didn’t want to chance the aches coming back. I’m a 47 year old female with rheumatoid arthritis and cover about 35 miles a week running and walking so it’s important that I’m taking care of my joints as much as I can Goes Well With:Turmeric extract, glucosamine and collagen

bicep tendon
4found this product a few months ago during a web search for bicep tendon issues, I had repeat bicep tendon pain during workouts, im a 46 year old man with a few gym miles on so wear and tear of the tendons now is a fact of life, I was in so much pain I could barely finish a workout and could not train biceps in isolation. 4 weeks of heavy dose mega cissus completely relieved me of pain. two months passed and a small amount of symtoms have returned to one arm,i have been lifting quite heavy so was inevitable really, i am back on the mega cissus ! and it seems to be easing so my thoughts are for tendon issues it seems to actually work. I take 3 x times the recommended dose but just under the dose on some bodybuilding web sites ie 3g per day.Goes Well With:pain relief lol

Helps with shoulder pain
4Been taking this for a few bottles now along with Joint Fuel and normal supps. Shoulder pain induced by cross country skiing is gone, probably attributable to this prod since it helped me in the past too.Goes Well With:water

Miracle cure for arthritis pain.
5I am a 52 y/o female with arthritis in one of my hip joints. I was suffering really badly with pain, even powerful ibuprofen wasn't masking it. Within 2 days of using these (2 caps a day) the pain had dialled back from around a 9 to a 1 and having used them for a month I now have almost no symptoms of the arthritis at all. Definitely worth trying if you have arthritis!Goes Well With:Water.

Seem to be working
5Bought these to try as I have some bone dislocation in my hand and wrist which is causing swelling and not inconsiderable pain at times. For the first few days of taking them the pain actually seemed to get worse, however about 3 days in I noticed some benefit and now over a week after starting them I have noticeably less pain and think the swelling is not as bad. My wife is now trying them too for some back pain and she experienced the same thing, slightly worse pain to start but now they seem to be helping. Overall they seem worth persevering with and I will be ordering again soon. Goes Well With:Am taking with multi vitamins, resveratrol and a garlic supplement

ACJ Separation Recovery
4Good product, separated my ac joint 2 weeks ago, used this since to encourage ligament growth. Obviously can't tell for sure how well it's worked in this situation but I am around 2 weeks ahead in the recovery plan so I assume this has played a good part in that.

5I am 70years old and I use cissus for my old knee joints it is very helpful for the pain it won't give me new knee joints But it is certainly helpful for the pain and mobility.Goes Well With:MSM formulas
