5I have the worst sweet tooth ever and especially working in an office there are lots of sweet things about. Since taking these tablets with my lunch I do not crave any sweet things at all - I am very impressed!Goes Well With:Water

5It's hard to vouch for effectiveness after only a month, but I've lost a kilo and suspect these helped. The bottle could certainly be smaller, but no other complaints.

new thing for me
4It's a new supplement for me so I'm not sure what to expect but I think it's needs to build up in the body to feel some effect. Am happy with the product so far. Goes Well With:water or juice

3I have a sweet tooth that knows no limits. These didn't take that away with the regular dosage. I upped it since and did find to delayed the cravings somewhat. What they are good at is turning bad foods into good energy. Will continue to take and will review again.

5Been using this as an alternative way to control my sugar intake, couldnt live without it now. My sweet tooth was so bad i found myself picking at food all day and also a binge eating problem. I found myself in constantneed of a sugary hit, i dont even bat an eyelid now at a slice of cake. Most effective sup ive found, and will keep buying! Goes Well With:water, cod liver oil

5I'm diabetic Type 2. I've been able to keep my sugar under control MUCH more easily since taking this product. Tiny tablets easy to swallow. Goes Well With:Anything. Tiny tabs easy to swallow.

So Far So Good!
4Only been taking these supps for one week but they have worked exactly how I wanted them to already! I have a massive sweet tooth so wanted chromium to surpress my cravings, it's definately got rid of my 'need' for sweet treats... it has also got rid of my appetite altogether however! I'm okay with that though, I still eat exactly what I need to to train effectively, these just really help me with my hunger pangs and cravings! Snacking was what was letting me down and I don't have to worry now. In terms of the Garcinia Cambogia, I haven't noticed a difference in my workouts yet, and only gave the supps 4 stars as I haven't been using them long enough to see if they make a difference in my definition alongside my improved macros!Goes Well With:Water!
