Effective
4I have possibly the worst sweet tooth in the entire world and since taking these my cravings have dramatically decreased. They haven't completely diminished, but they have really helped me to cut down on indulging on sweet treats. The tablets are very small and easy to swallow and they don't leave a bad after taste.

AVOID !!!!!!!
1I used this as stated on the side of the bottle, 1 tablet a day with food. The first time I used it I felt lightheaded within an hour and this lasted for about 4 hours. Thought maybe it was a one off, so perservered, same thing happened again and again and again. Having looked into the science behind the tablets I found out that the ingredient in these tablets has been tested on animals and have proven to help weight loss in them, but there have been no controlled testing on human subjects to show that they aid weight loss. Save your money and spend it on something worthwhile.

4Was sceptical at first as one should always be, lo-and-behold first few days my sweet tooth still kicked in. However after taking one a day with my breakfast my severe chocolate cravings did subside, not permanently but significantly reduced. So generally worked although not perfect hence 4 stars not 5.

Controls chocolate cravings!
5This is an excellent product, as usual from MyProtein! I take it every morning and it prevents me from having any cravings for sweet things all day. Coming from someone who has a very sweet tooth, this is a revelation! Tablets are tiny so really easy to swallow. I have even bought some more for my husband as he is a chocoholic and nothing has stopped him craving it...before these!Goes Well With:Water, protein shake

5I have to say, these tablets really work! Been taking them about a week and I literally haven't craved any sweet things. Before I started taking them I was craving chocolate, sweeties (I don't even really like them either) and various other sweet things. Don't know about any kind of weight loss for this as I haven't weighed myself but they certainly take those cravings away!

Really effective!
5I've been taking these for about two weeks and notice the difference already. If taken first thing in the morning, I don't have any sweet cravings at all - which is great for me because I normally reach for a chocolate bar or sweets during the afternoon lull at work. I've forgotten to take these twice, and noticed the effects immediately; my cravings kicked in around 10am. Overall, really impressed with these. I didn't buy them to aid weight loss but to help me eat cleaner.Goes Well With:Water
