Please update this delicious butter with no sunflower oil, which is inflammatory and unhealthy. A cashew butter with no oil like your almond butter or a version with coconut oil would be perfect. Thanks, MyProtein Team.

Cashew butter is nicer than both almond butter and peanut butter in my opinion, i find it has a creamier texture and is sweeter tasting than peanut butter which makes for more of a treat, this works great to add in clean dense calories from fats to aid in creating a caloric surplus which can be of an aid when you are aiming to gain lean muscle mass. 50 grams of this on 2 slices of dr zak's high protein bread or high protein cinnamon bagels makes for a great post workout or midday meal, it also combines well with impact whey and TheWhey to increase flavour and thicken the shakes. I would remove the sunflower oil from its ingredients. Of course, it is much more spreadable but it remains a fatty texture in your mouth. Nonetheless, the taste is good.

I love this cashew butter. I buy it regularly - with the discounts on myprotein it's much better value the other alternative brands. It's absolutely delicious, I usually have it on some rice cakes as a snack, or inside some medjool dates (yum). Also fab in porridge and on protein mousse/pudding.Goes Well With:Everything! Very similar to the pb but less protein and a bit more expensive but does have some better vitamin profiles I think. Also has a more intense flavour, like you've just banged 50 cashews in your mouth. I found it perfect mixed with greek yoghurt, took some of the sting out.Goes Well With:Greek yoghurt.
