All the oms and all the noms. This is delish! if my girlfriend wouldn't figure out that I consumed 6400kcal (whole tub) in one night the thing would be empty come morning

Cashew butter is nicer than both almond butter and peanut butter in my opinion, i find it has a creamier texture and is sweeter tasting than peanut butter which makes for more of a treat, this works great to add in clean dense calories from fats to aid in creating a caloric surplus which can be of an aid when you are aiming to gain lean muscle mass. 50 grams of this on 2 slices of dr zak's high protein bread or high protein cinnamon bagels makes for a great post workout or midday meal, it also combines well with impact whey and TheWhey to increase flavour and thicken the shakes. I would remove the sunflower oil from its ingredients. Of course, it is much more spreadable but it remains a fatty texture in your mouth. Nonetheless, the taste is good.

It's one off the best butters on the market and it's so good for you packed with protein and essentials vitamins. I no longer use butter but have swapped it now for cashew butter.

Did you know a Cashew Nut is actually a seed...? Anyway, this product is great. Just like peanut butter but cashewy instead! Just don't give to people allergic to nuts.

I love this cashew butter. I buy it regularly - with the discounts on myprotein it's much better value the other alternative brands. It's absolutely delicious, I usually have it on some rice cakes as a snack, or inside some medjool dates (yum). Also fab in porridge and on protein mousse/pudding.

Everything! The taste isn't as strong as peanut or almond butters, so I prefer to have it on top of something rather than blended in.

Very similar to the pb but less protein and a bit more expensive but does have some better vitamin profiles I think. Also has a more intense flavour, like you've just banged 50 cashews in your mouth. I found it perfect mixed with greek yoghurt, took some of the sting out.

It's what I expected, it tastes good and is good for you, you can't really ask for more. Whats great though is how large it is, so it'll last a long time or not so long if you're like me and can just eat it off the spoon!

My protein supplements have all those nutrients which a body needs to be fit. Today I'll share some tips of excess intake of protein.The body is unable to store excess protein. Dietary protein is converted to individual amino acids by the digestive process, which are then absorbed. When amino acids are in excess of needs the liver takes up the amino acids and subjects them to deanimation, a process that converts the nitrogen from the amino acids into ammonia, further processed in the liver into urea via the urea cycle. Excretion of urea is performed by the kidneys. Other parts of the amino acid molecules can be converted into glucose and used for fuel. When food protein intake is periodically high or low, the body tries to keep protein levels at an equilibrium by using the "labile protein reserve" to compensate for daily variations in protein intake. However, unlike body fat as a reserve for future caloric needs, there is no protein storage for future needs.Excessive intake of protein increases calcium excretion in urine, occurring to compensate for the pH imbalance from oxidation of sulfur amino acids. The research is inconclusive as to whether this calcium excretion from bone resorption contributes to osteoporosis. A regular intake of calcium stabilizes this loss. But then another issue arising from over-consumption of protein is a higher risk of kidney stone formation from calcium in the renal circulatory system.
