Great meal replacement
I ordered the coffee flavour as I plan to use this as a meal replacement for breakfast at work some days when I'm busy. I mixed with water and it tastes like an Oaty coffee. Pretty tasty and feels like a filling, thick shake. I imagine it would be great blended with some ice and an extra shot of espresso. It took a good shake to get it mixed up properly so definitely use a good shaker and I also added abit more water than suggested to get it to mix abit easier. I usually find that shakes don't fill me up and I end up wanting to eat anyway but I definitely noticed that the 'denseness' of this filled me up until my next meal. Overall I'd say to give this a go if you're looking for a good meal replacement shake that you can use for times when you can get a solid meal in easily. Well done MP, keep it up!

Amazing
I've tried huel in the past and was very disappointed with it's oaty texture and bland taste with water, I had to use milk with huel. However, this completely nutrition shake has a nice smooth and slightly thicker texture (every so slightly oaty but not bad at all) and also has a very good taste with water. One of the very few shakes that actually tastes nice with water as opposed to having to use milk!

Disgusting taste
I have been using the Protein Meal Replacement shake for years and it was delicious, MyProtein have sadly now been discontinued the product. The replacement is Be-Nu and it is disgusting, I've tried the Chocolate, Vanilla and Cereal Milk. There are white chewy bits floating in it which do not dissolve, it is not a smooth shake. Some advice on the scoop measuring; you are best to weigh the powder out. For a 200 calorie shake you are looking for about 51g. The recommended 2 scoops gives you more than 51g for a 200 calorie shake.

Benu review
Normally my protein shakes are delicious but this benu powder is horrible both in taste and smell , will go back to there normal protein instead , put a 1 for effectiveness as poured it down sink

Be Nu Vanilla - disappointment
Gave this a good go as I was looking forward to having a new ‘go to.’ Every time I tried it I couldn’t get rid of a few lumps and it was always gritty even when using a blender. The taste is pretty rank too. Safe to say that I won’t be purchasing again.

Not bad at all
Ok so tried the chocolate shake , mixes ok in a blender, taste is ok but hope other flavours are better. Not so keen on water for mixing , almond milk for me but that's just personal preference. Good range of macros with this one. Easy to alternate between a meal and a snack . Early days but so far not too bad. Goes Well With: Almond milk.

Not as special as it thinks it is
I bought this to compare to the whole fuel blend and was disappointed. The taste is fine, it mixes well, but left me feeling bloated and gassy. Overall, I would stick with the whole fuel blend and not spend the extra for this.

Benu shake
I’ve been purchasing this product for a little while now, I would recommend it. I choose it for its nutritional purposes with a decent mount of protein. There is normally quite a limit on the flavours and the flavours they do have won’t knock your socks off but also isn’t anything that I have struggled to get down.

I've been using BeNu for 2 meals a day since it launched and find it great for getting good nutrition fast and cheaply
